We are grateful to Jocelyn Leclercq for these photographs of the commemorative events that took place in Marcoing, near Cambrai, 60 years after Squadron Leader James Fielden Lambert, of 421 Squadron, RCAF, was shot down and crashed nearby.
Jocelyn has also contributed photos of an event in 2005, where artefacts from the crash site were displayed and he gave a presentation on S/Ldr. Lambert’s life.
