The view from the Watch Office steps, 1967, with Slingsby T.31B Cadet glider, XA301, in front of the crash tender shelter, XA301 was damaged beyond repair at Kenley after an intermediate cable break on 26th August, 1974. The two occupants happily survived but were badly injured.
