The Right Honourable, The Lord Mayor of London, Alderman William Russell, together with Brian Mooney, Chief Commoner and Graeme Doshi-Smith, Chairman of the Commons Committee visited Kenley Common on Monday 21st September, 2020, to see the new heritage signs on the airfield and hear about Kenley Revival and the work done by the Coulsdon Commons rangers to preserve and promote the history of the airfield.
We had wonderful hospitality from the Chairman of the Portcullis Club, Fred Willis and Committee member, Grant Collier.
We certainly had lovely weather for the visit!
