RAFA Portcullis Club

Established in 1970, the Portcullis Club is the meeting place for the Kenley & Caterham branch of the Royal Air Forces Association (RAFA). The Portcullis Clubhouse stands in a corner of Kenley Airfield and houses a comprehensive collection of pictures and artefacts dating back to the 1920s when the airfield became operational.

RAFA Kenley & Caterham

We are the local Branch of the RAF Association, which is a registered charity. We are committed to comprehensively supporting the RAF Family, whether currently serving or former-serving, delivering help and support where it is needed. As a membership organisation we always welcome new members who share our interests and want to contribute to our charitable aims. We meet on Tuesday evenings (7 – 11 pm) and Sunday afternoons from 12 noon at the Portcullis Club on Kenley Airfield to socialise and share memories with our veterans. If you would like to learn more about RAFA, how to become a member or our welfare and volunteer work on the ground, please contact us via our website.

We regularly organise events at our club throughout the year. These range from talks and lectures, fundraising events to summer BBQs and jazz evenings.
